In all situations, we will refer to the policies outlined here. Please review the following details before completing any purchases. Legal

You agree that in the event of any dispute of any nature that may arise between you and us, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the law of Australia and NSW. 

Copyright and Plagiarism

You acknowledge that we own or may own or control copyright and/or other intellectual property rights in the look and feel of the website and its contents including any sounds, music, text, graphics, data, stills, photographs and moving images. Such intellectual property rights shall include all registered and unregistered intellectual property rights of any type or nature including trademark  and copyright. You further agree that you will not infringe these rights by any method or manner now known or as may exist in the future.

Returns

We offer full refunds on full-priced purchases up to 7 days of receiving your purchases. All returns are to be completed within the following steps:

Contact us at hello@shareekarlin.com with details of the highlighted issue, including sufficient reason for return. If this is within 7 days of receiving your purchase, we will send you a return slip.

Place your unused garment, with all tags attached, into your own parcel bag with the return slip included.

Once you’ve sealed the return slip and garment inside your parcel, items are to be mailed to:

Once we received your garment, a full refund will be considered for approval and processed. Please expect three days for this return process to be completed and an additional three days for money to be cleared. 

At this stage, we won’t be offering any exchanges on purchased items. For exchanges, a full refund must be completed, within the above procedure outlined. Followed by a brand new purchase.

Please note, our team cannot accept any soiled, damaged or altered items for return. If there is a problem with your garment upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any confusion regarding your return.

Shipping

We are pleased to cover the costs of domestic shipping for your purchases over $100. 
International Shipping is to be covered by the customer and will be calculated upon check out. However, we cannot cover shipping for any returns. Customers will need to organise and pay for their own postage and packaging for any returns.

Payment

We are accepting payment via the following online methods: 
Mastercard, Visa, Amex (via our payment gateway) and Paypal.

Please refer to the terms and conditions of your chosen payment vendor.

Sales & Discounted Items

Please select any sale/discounted garments carefully. We are not able to complete refunds and returns on discounted products unless they are considered faulty or damaged. This additionally applies to all marked-down items, sale products and promotional codes. Where applicable, we will supply a credit note for returned sale items.

Promotional Codes

Occasionally we will send our customers promotional discount codes. These codes will only be valid for a specific time window and can be cancelled by Sharee Karlin at anytime. Each code’s specific terms and conditions will be found in the fine print of their accompanying email. Codes can only be used in a single transaction and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Faulty Items

We do our best to make sure that each garment purchased is of the highest quality. However, if your product is faulty or incorrect in any way, please contact us immediately at mailto:hello@shareekarlin.com and we will arrange a full refund. Details of this procedure, must be completed within 7 days of arrival and in accordance with our refund procedure, detailed above.  
 
If you are returning an item that was incorrectly delivered to you, we’ll also be checking that the item lands back with us in saleable condition. To avoid damage to any garments you receive, please remove jewellery before trying them on. Please leave the tags on until you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Prices and Currency

All prices listed on our site are shown in either AUD, EU, GBP, USD or NZ . Each price shown has the standard taxes included. We reserve the right to alter/update/change the pricing of any of our garments at any given time.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled or rejected at any given time. If this happens, our team will be in touch to discuss the situation and work towards a resolution. In most cases, cancelling or rejecting orders is a matter of the product not being available, or a glitch in our website causing problems with the order.

Imagery

We want all of our customers to feel secure in shopping through our site. We have made every effort to display our garments accurately, with as much information available to you as possible. It’s our hope that you have enough information (garment colours, sizes, cut, fit and make, etc.) that you can make your purchases confidently. However, there are variables outside our control: it is possible that your computer monitor, tablet, phone or other device might display our images without 100% accuracy. Please keep the possibility of discrepancy in mind when ordering. We try to display our garments clearly through our models, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee they will fit in exactly the same as seen within our images. please consider our size guide and garment information before adding to your order.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged – or doesn’t arrive at all – please contact us at hello@shareekarlin.com within 7 business days of your purchase. We’ll investigate the circumstances, making all reasonable attempts to resolve the situation. We’ll do out best to assist with re-delivery and returns of items not received.

We work with a third party vendor to make sure your orders arrive swiftly and safely. Once your order has been processed through the vendor, all lost or damaged purchases will be handled by them. Our team will assist you as much as we can throughout the process until your situation is resolved.

We will do our best to keep all the information on our site up to date, but please keep technical glitches and human error in mind – inaccuracies do happen! Our fashion choices are 100% intentional – some items are washed and dyed to give a pre-loved or vintage feel. If you notice any irregularities in colour texture, please know that they are designed that way. If a garment genuinely doesn’t seem right to you, get in touch via hello@shareekarlin.com and we’ll take a look! We all know that fashion requires love and care, so please follow the instructions on your garment’s care label. This will ensure your style will last throughout the seasons!
